ORDER CONFIRMATION AND POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an order with Selora London, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return and Refund Policy.

When completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You have reviewed and accepted our return guidelines and timelines.

You agree to follow the return process as described in this policy.

In case of any chargeback or dispute, this policy and all related order and communication records will serve as supporting evidence.

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Only normal handling and inspection of the product is allowed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. Selora London reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage not caused by us.

HOW TO RETURN

To start a return:

Email info@seloralondon.com within 30 days of delivery.

Include the following:

Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the product if defective or damaged
Your full name and shipping address

Wait for return instructions from our team before sending the item.

Do not send items to the sender’s address without approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected. Use a tracked shipping service and keep proof of shipment until your return is processed.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@seloralondon.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Once verified:

We may provide a replacement depending on availability and the issue.

In some cases, a return may not be required for defective items.

Replacements are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.

LOST OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If your package is lost during shipping:

Contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.

We will help file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

If a package is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, a 35 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.

CANCELLATIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders cannot be stopped once shipped. If your order has been dispatched, you may return it after delivery following the steps above.

To cancel an order before shipment, email info@seloralondon.com with a clear request to withdraw.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If there is an issue with your order, contact us first. We aim to resolve matters quickly and fairly.

For chargebacks or disputes, we will provide supporting documentation including:

Order confirmation
Tracking information
Email correspondence and photos

Filing a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and affect eligibility for future orders.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All returns are sent at the customer’s expense.

Selora London is not responsible for shipping delays or customs clearance issues.

For hygiene sensitive items, returns in unsanitary or used condition are not accepted.

Shipping and handling fees apply to all returns.
